I ship through USPS Priority Mail and always provide a tracking number. I only charge according to USPS rates and never charge additional for handling or packaging.

Custom orders can take time to create depending on the complexity of work. Most orders are completed within 1-2 weeks. Shipping is priced according to USPS pricing and I never charge more for handling or packaging.
